Munjal Showa’s members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 28 August, 2006, have accorded for sub-division of the existing equity share of the company having a nominal value of Rs 10 is sub-divided into five equity shares having a nominal face value of Rs 2 each and alteration of memorandum of association of the company.
