SIS has allotted 17,323 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on January 20, 2022 under the Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,45,94,650/- divided into 14,69,18,930 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
