Ugro Capital plans to issue NCDs aggregating Rs 25 cr
Ugro Capital announced that the Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee) at its meeting held today, i.e. Thursday, 13 January 2022 has inter alia approved issuance of 250 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, taxable Non-convertible Debentures (Debentures) each bearing a face value of Rs. 10 lakh aggregating up to Rs 25 crore, for cash, at par, in dematerialised form, on a private placement basis.
