Board of Shriram EPC to consider issuance of equity shares and debt securities
On 03 January 2021
The Board of Shriram EPC will meet on 03 January 2021 to consider issue of equity shares of the company to the extent of Rs 350 crore to prospective investor on preferential basis pursuant to resolution plan. The Board will also consider issuance of compulsory convertible debentures to the extent of Rs 175 crore in lieu of existing debt and convertible into equity shares at later date as per resolution plan. The Board will also consider issuance of non-convertible debentures to the extent of Rs 175 crore in lieu of existing debt with yield and redemption as per resolution plan.
