3i Infotech has allotted 73,900 equity shares under ESOP on 20 December 2021.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotments, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is now Rs. 1,65,16,96,870 representing 16,51,69,687 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
