RBL Bank has allotted 39,829 equity shares under ESOP.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 59,93,94,564 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 5,993,945,640 to 59,94,34,393 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 5,994,343,930.
