Board of ANG Lifesciences approves acquisition of ANG Healthcare India
At meeting held on 23 November 2021
The Board of ANG Lifesciences India at its meeting held on 23 November 2021 has approved to invest in the equity shares of ANG Healthcare India. Therefore, consequent to the acquisition of 100% equity stake by the company, ANG Healthcare India will become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
