Board of Lloyds Steels Industries allots 16.50 cr convertible warrants to promoters
At meeting held on 22 November 2021
The Board of Lloyds Steels Industries at its meeting held on 22 November 2021 has approved the allotment of 16,50,00,000 convertible warrants of face value of Re 1 each at a premium of Rs 2.86 each to promoter / promoter group on preferential allotment basis.
