Phoenix Mills has allotted 59,500 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 34,40,14,852 consisting of 17,20,07,426 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs 34,41,33,852 consisting of 17,20,66,926 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.
