At meeting held on 02 November 2021
The Board of Laxmi Organic Industries at its meeting held on 02 November 2021 has approved scheme of merger by Absorption of Acetyls Holding (AHPL) and Yellowstone Chemicals (YCPL) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Transferor Companies”) with the Company.
