Board of Prince Pipes & Fittings recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.1.50 per share
Prince Pipes & Fittings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 November 2021, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
