The Board of Sona BLW Precision Forgings at its meeting held on 26 October 2021 has approved the allotment of 10,62,872 equity shares under ESOP.
Consequent to the allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share c apital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 5,83,28,98,380 consisting of 58,32,89,838 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/ - each fully paid-up to Rs. 5,84,35,27, 100 consisting of 58,43,52,710 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/ - each fully paid-up.
