Board of Ramkrishna Forgings recommends Second Interim Dividend
Of Rs.0.50 per share
Ramkrishna Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 October 2021, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.0.50 per share (i.e.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
