UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 12,123 equity shares under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company will increase to Rs.1,26,83,45,200 (12,68,34,520 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each) to Rs.1,26,84,66,430 (12,68,46,643 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each).
