Blue Dart Express has received notice on August 14, 2006, from DHL Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd., the company's promoter, to purchase the outstanding publicly held shares of the company (the delisting proposal) and delist the company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003, on the terms and conditions.

Further the company has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company will be held on August 17, 2006 to take on record the aforesaid proposal for delisting of company's shares.
