Cera Sanitaryware divests 51% stake in subsidiary Anjani Tiles
Cera Sanitaryware has executed Memorandum of Understanding on 17 August 2021 with Anjani Vishnu Holdings (acquirer company) for sale of entire 51% stake in equity and preference shares held by the company in Anjani Tiles (subsidiary of the company). Presently, Anjani Vishnu Holdings hold 49% stake in Anjani Tiles. The company will receive a consideration of Rs 28.69 crore in five tranches till 31 March 2023.
