Board of Dhanvarsha Finvest approves sub-division of shares
On 13 August 2021
The Board of Dhanvarsha Finvest at its meeting held on 13 August 2021 has approved sub-division of equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each into equity share of face value of Re. 2 each, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) and consequent amendment of the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
