Zomato Inc. to divest its stake in Nextable Inc.
Zomato Inc., step-down subsidiary of the Company has entered stock purchase agreement with Justin Doshi, Thusith Desilva and Robert Tyree for sale of shares held by Zomato Inc. of Nextable Inc. (NI) another step-down subsidiary of the Company.
