Shalby update on investment in Shalby Global Technologies, Singapore
Shalby announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Mars Medical Devices has subscribed 2,40,000 equity shares of SGD 1 each in Shalby Global Technologies, Singapore (SGTPL) and thereby SGTPL become subsidiary of Mars Medical Devices and consequently Step-down Subsidiary of the Company.
