Board of Tanla Platforms approves buyback of shares up to Rs 65 cr
At meeting held on 22 July 2021
The Board of Tanla Platforms at its meeting held on 22 July 2021 has approved the proposal to buyback up tp 5,15,873 equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount of Rs 65 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 1260 per equity share
