Muthoot Finance has allotted 3555 equity shares under ESOP. Post this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 4,01,19,58,560 consisting of 40,11,95,856 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,01,19,94,110 consisting of 40,11,99,411 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
