Board of Brightcom Group to consider bonus issue and raising equity funds
On 28 June 2021
The Board of Brightcom Group will meet on 28 June 2021 to consider allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of one equity share for every four existing equity shares, subject to shareholders' approval. The Board will also consider seeking shareholder approval towards an enabling resolution that allows the company to raise equity funds in the upcoming year.
