Board of VRL Logistics recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.4 per share
VRL Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2021, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.4 per share (i.e.40%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
