Board of MAS Financial Services approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 700 cr
At meeting held on 19 May 2021
The Board of MAS Financial Services at its meeting held on 19 May 2021 has approved the borrowing of funds by way of issuance of Secured / unsecured Non-Convertible debentures up to an aggregate amount of Rs. 700 crore, in one or more tranches through Private placement basis.
