HDFC Life Insurance Company has allotted 721,801 equity shares under ESOS on 14 May 2021.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands at Rs 20,216,657,670 comprising of 2,021,665,767 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
