Board of Aurionpro Solutions approves sale of its entire stake in US based subsidiary
At meeting held on 06 May 2021
The Board of Aurionpro Solutions at its meeting held on 06 May 2021 has approved the transaction for the sale of its entire stake, in its USA based subsidiary, resulting in the exit from the cyber security business globally. Necessary approval from the shareholders shall also be sought for this purpose.
