The Board of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries at its meeting held on 05 May 2021 has allotted 25,600 equity shares of Rs. 5 each upon exercise of employee stock options pursuant to 'KFIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017'.
Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 69,18,71,405 comprising of 13,83,74,281 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
