Board of Aarti Drugs approves buyback of up to Rs 60 crore
At meeting held on 19 March 2021
The Board of Aarti Drugs at its meeting held on 19 March 2021 has approved buyback of up to 6 lakh equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 1000 payable in cash for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 60 crore.
