Mayur Uniquoters at its board meeting held on 20 June 2006 has proposed to increase the authorized capital of the company from Rs 5.5 crore to Rs 7 crore by creating 15 Lakh additional equity shares of Rs 10 each. New Shares will be ranked pari-passu with the existing share.
The board has recommended to issue / allot 26% (post issue capital) equity shares on a preferential basis to Giovanni Crespi Spa (GCS), Italy, at a price of Rs 45 per equity share. The above allotment is subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming annual general meeting and subject to other statutory approvals.
