IFB Industries has announced that the committee of directors (formed for the purpose of preferential allotment) at its meeting held on June 19, 2006, has allotted 14.50 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 23.60 aggregating Rs 3.42 crore on preferential basis were made to IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd., a promoter group company.
