Board of Jagran Prakashan approves buyback of shares up to Rs 118 cr
At meeting held on 02 March 2021
The Board of Jagran Prakashan at its meeting held on 2 March 2021 has approved buyback of the company's equity shares for an aggregate amount up to Rs 118 crore and price not exceeding Rs 60 per share. The indicative number of equity shares proposed to be bought back would be 1.96 crore shares representing 6.99% of the paid up equity share capital of the company.
