PNB Housing Finance has allotted 12,500 equity
shares of face value of Rs. 10 each under ESOP on 25 February 2021.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would
stand at Rs. 168,20,49,080 consisting of 16,82,04,908 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
