Sanghi Industries allots NCDs aggregating Rs 305 crore
On private placement basis
Sanghi Industries has allotted 3050 Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 305 crore on private placement basis on 23 February 2021.
