Board of SIS approves buyback of shares up to Rs 99.99 cr
At meeting held on 15 February 2021
The Board of SIS at its meeting held on 15 February 2021 has approved the proposal for buyback of fully paid up equity shares of the Company for an amount not exceeding Rs 99.99 crore at buyback price of Rs 550 per share. The resultant equity shares to be bought back at the buyback price are 18,18,181 equity shares representing 1.24% of the total number of equity shares in the paid up equity capital of the company as on 31 March 2020.
