Poly Medicure opens QIP issue
With floor price of Rs 550.79 per share
Poly Medicure announced that the QIP Committee of the company has authorised the opening of the QIP issue on 15 February 2021 and fixed the floor price for the issue at Rs 550.79 per share. The Committee will meet on 18 February 2021 to determine the issue price of equity shares to be issued pursuant to the QIP issue.
