IIFL Securities announces closure of buyback of shares
Ob 15 February 2021
IIFL Securities announced the closure of its buyback programme on 15 February 2021. The company upto date has bought back 1,70,00,394 equity shares, at an average price of Rs. 50.99 per equity share and deployed an amount of approximately Rs. 86,68,19,665/- (excluding Transaction Costs), which represents 96.31 % of the maximum buyback offer size.
