IIFL Wealth Management has allotted 1,64,212 equity shares to the employees upon exercise
of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,76,83,084 to
8, 78,47,296 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
