TCNS Clothing Co. has allotted 12,125 equity shares under ESOP.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company will increase
from Rs. 123,020,748 (61,510,374 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 123,044,998
(61,522,499 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
