Board of Arvind Fashions approves rights issue of Rs 200 cr
At meeting held on 03 February 2021
The Board of Arvind Fashions at its meeting held on 03 February 2021 has approved raising of funds through issue and allotment of equity shares of Rs 4 each for an aggregate amount of Rs 200 crore on a rights basis.
