Board of Hester Biosciences to consider fund raising by way equity route
On 30 January 2021
The Board of Hester Biosciences will meet on 30 January 2021 to consider and approve the proposal of raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares, and/or equity linked securities and/or securities convertible into equity shares through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or preferential allotment, subject to the receipt of necessary approvals.
