Board of Shriram EPC to consider preferential issue of shares up to Rs 350 cr
On 29 January 2021
The Board of Shriram EPC will meet on 29 January 2021 to consider the issuance and allotment of equity shares by way of preferential issue upto Rs.350 crores to a prospective investor, subject to obtaining necessary statutory approvals from the shareholders, stock exchanges and other regulatory authorities.
