SIS allots 1.57 lakh equity shares under ESOP
Security & Intelligence Services India has allotted 157,580 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on 20 January 2021 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,92,48,910/- divided into 14,78,49,782 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
