Outcome of board meeting of Hindustan Oil Exploration Company
Held on 10 December 2020
The Board of Hindustan Oil Exploration Company at its meeting held on 10 December 2020 has approved the material related party transaction to be entered into with Vyoman Tradelink India (Vyoman), a company in which Ashok Kumar Goel (DIN: 00025350), Director of HOEC, is a member and director, whereby HOEC is granted a medium term loan facility for a sum of Rs. 150 crore, subject to approval of the shareholders by way of postal ballot (through remote e-voting) in accordance with the relevant MCA circulars.
