PNB Housing Finance has allotted 5,500 equity shares
of face value of Rs. 10 each bearing distinctive numbers from 168186909 to 168192408
(both numbers inclusive) under ESOP scheme of the Company.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would
stand at Rs. 168,19,24,080 consisting of 16,81,92,408 equity shares ofRs. 10 each.
