Board of Mayur Uniquoters approves buyback of shares
At meeting held on 10 November 2020
The Board of Mayur Uniquoters at its meeting held on 10 November 2020 has approved the buyback of 7.50 lakh equity shares i.e. 1.65% of the total number of equity shares in the total paid up equity share capital of the company for an aggregate amount of Rs 30 crore at a price of Rs 400 per share.
