IIFL Wealth Management has allotted 40,568 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,73,63,356 to 8,74,03,924 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
