Board of Shoppers Stop appoints MD and CEO
At meeting held on 16 October 2020
The Board of Shoppers Stop at its meeting held on 16 October 2020 has appointed Venugopal G Nair (DIN: 00046163) as an Additional Director of the Company. He has also been appointed as a Managing Director, designated as "Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer" of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years effective 06 November 2020, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
