Board of Procter & Gamble Hygiene &Healthcare recommends dividend
Of Rs.105 per share
Procter & Gamble Hygiene &Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 August 2020, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs.105 per equity share (i.e.1050%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
