IIFL Wealth Management has allotted 77,027 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company on 15 August 2020.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,72,18,014 to 8,72,95,041 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
