Board of Neogen Chemicals recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
Neogen Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2020, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.20%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
